Appointments & Cancellations

No-Show & Late Arrivals:
Anyone more than 15 minutes late for an appointment will be cancelled. A no show fee of $15 dollars will be assessed to your next appointment or booking.

Cancellations:
Anyone needing to cancel an appointment, we kindly ask for 24 hour advance notice. 
Please note that your time as well as your providers time is valuable failing to cancel an appointment takes away from other clients.

Payment Methods

Please ensure you have payment with you before you arrive for services.

Your provider will receive her full tip regardless of the payment method. Tip are not pooled (except for private events or parties), We do not take differed payments.

Private Events & Parties will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of services for all guests.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. Gift Cards are to be treated as cash, and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen.


Groups & Private Events

We love to have groups and private events in our boutique. There is a Minimum of 5 guests booking elite level services. A non-refundable booking deposit will be required to hold date and time.

Nail Service Guarantee

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 3 days of your original services. No refund is given after it has been rendered.


Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 days after your appointment; excluding breakages.

If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 5 days, please call us to schedule a free repair.

Children's Services

We love to do children’s nails! Please note that your provider may at their discretion may elect not to use any nail or cuticle nippers or trimmers for the safety of your child. 

Additionally, Nail Service Guarantee for any nail finishing such as Acrylic, Dip, and Gel are guaranteed for 5 days after your appointment; excluding breakages.  

Salon Safety:
However, unattended children in the salon are disruptive and dangerous. We use many products that are harmful if ingested or applied to unprotected skin.

If you have children under 10 who are not receiving nail services, they must be monitored at all times while in the salon.

Cell Phone Policy
Please be respectful to the people around you who are trying to relax during their nail services. Set your phone to vibrate, and use a moderate speaking tone if you need to take a call. Hands free devices are strongly encourages so that you don’t contaminate your nails with dirt and oils from your hair and face during a service.
Health & Safety Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
 Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
 Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services.


Sanitation:
We believe in a clean and sterile salon, as such use hospital grade cleaners and sanitizers on all necessary equipment. All nail tools are sterilized in a high temperature autoclave after every use.

Personal Care Kits:
Please note that we also provide personal care kits to every client which contains nail file, nail buffer, pumice  stone, and toe separators.
